This very large ITT Exelis program provides full-spectrum life support and base operations services including transportation, logistics, public works, information management, medical support services, MWR, range operations, and security, fire, and emergency services for all US Army facilities in the Kuwait AOR. These services support the missions and functions of the Area Support Group-Kuwait and assigned troop and tenant units traveling into, within and out of the country of Kuwait as well as Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement and Integration (JRSOI).

Serving all of Kuwait, this geographically dispersed contract includes Camp Arifjan, Camp Buehring, Kuwait Naval Base, LSA, Camp Virginia, K-Crossing and SPOD.
