And the ITT Exelis Code of Conduct is the guide post not only for our dealings with each other as employees, but also in our dealings with our stakeholders, including but not limited to customers, shareholders, suppliers, partners, sales agents, contractors, and government agencies.
As such, we want our stakeholders to have the opportunity to inform us when we are acting inconsistently with these values. To that end, ITT Exelis has employed a third party vendor – EthicsPoint – to provide our stakeholders a confidential avenue for raising ethics and compliance related concerns. EthicsPoint representatives will route the information provided by stakeholders to the appropriate leadership at ITT Exelis for a thorough investigation.
It is important to note that access to raised issues is restricted, secure, and confidential. More importantly, ITT Exelis has a strict non-retaliation policy.
