About the Program
The Department of State is seeking Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for the Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC). The BEC is located in the heart of Baghdad adjacent to the Tigris River, within the International Zone. Services include but are not limited to: electrical generation and distribution, HVAC, water supply, purification and distribution, fire alarm and suppression system, complete sanitary sewer and waste water treatment plant, elevator maintenance, fuel storage and distribution for generators and gas/diesel station, refuse and HAZMAT removal, grounds maintenance, facilities maintenance, swimming pool maintenance, structural inspections and repairs.
